1. Assateague Island
Location: Assateague Island National Seashore, Maryland

2. Kent Island
Location: Kent Island, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland

3. Smith Island
Location: Tylerton, Rhodes Point, and Ewell, Maryland
Unique Features & Attractions: The last inhabited island in Maryland that is not accessible by car. Home to the Maryland State Dessert, Smith Island Cake. 5. Hart-Miller Island
Location: Hart-Miller Island State Park, c/o Gunpowder Falls State Park, 2813 Jerusalem Rd., P.O. Box 480, Kingsville, MD 21087
